Real-Time PCR diagnostic tests are widely used in veterinary medicine and help in the detection of most infectious animal diseases.
An equally promising direction is the creation of express test systems using the LAMP method (loop isothermal reaction) to identify pathogens of viral and bacterial diseases in agricultural animals. Recently, this technique is gaining more and more popularity in diagnostics, since LAMP is simple and fast to perform, while not inferior in sensitivity and specificity to the "gold standard of PCR".
