The Kit includes reagents for rapid extraction of bacterial genomic DNA. The use of these reagents makes it possible to obtain the genetic material of bacteria from the culture medium in 20−30 minutes, depending on the number of samples.
DNA extraction is performed without the use of protocols based on sorbent methods using spin columns or magnetic particles, which lower the cost of analysis reducing the use of laboratory plastic, expensive reagents for NA isolation and the reduction of time costs.
