A reagent kit for the detection of the most common viral strains that cause respiratory diseases.
Technology: Colorimetric reaction based on the technology of isothermal amplification of viral RNA without a separate stage of RNA extraction/isolation. The stages of RNA extraction/isolation, reverse transcription and amplification are combined in one tube. Both oropharyngeal and / or nasopharyngeal swabs taken in saline solution and isolated viral RNA can be used for the analysis.
Storage conditions: storage at temperatures from +2 to +8 ºС, transportation is possible at +2 to +30ºС.

Reagent kit for detecting RNA of influenza viruses type A (H1N1), (H3N2), type B (Victoria line), parainfluenza 3 virus, SARS-CoV-2, metapneumovirus, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus A, respiratory syncytial virus B and rhinovirus. Detection of analysis results is possible both visually (by changing the color of the reaction medium) and by detecting changes in the fluorescent signal in real time.
