Reagent kit for detecting RNA of influenza viruses type A (H1N1), (H3N2), type B (Victoria line), parainfluenza 3 virus, SARS-CoV-2, metapneumovirus, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus A, respiratory syncytial virus B and rhinovirus. Detection of analysis results is possible both visually (by changing the color of the reaction medium) and by detecting changes in the fluorescent signal in real time.
Number of reactions in the set: The set is designed for 96 reactions
Storage conditions: storage at temperatures from +2 to +8 ºС, transportation is possible at +2 to +30ºС.
Technology: Colorimetric reaction based on the technology of isothermal amplification of viral RNA without a separate stage of RNA extraction/isolation. The stages of RNA extraction/isolation, reverse transcription and amplification are combined in one tube.
