Reagent kit for detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction

Detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction with real-time detection of the result:
  • The kit contains the reagents for real-time PCR with reverse transcription

  • Possibility to mix reagents in advance with subsequent packaging in test tubes

  • The kit contains a buffer for RT-RT-PCR-RT, a mixture of enzymes, water, PCS, a mixture of flanking PCR primers and a fluorescent probe intended for detection of the human "housekeeping" gene, as well as a mixture of flanking PCR primers and a fluorescent probe intended for detection of the 3CLpro gene region of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus

  • PCR and reverse transcription stages are carried out in one tube

  • Internal control is carried out by detecting the human "housekeeping" gene (endogenous internal control)

  • Analysis sensitivity — not less than 10³ genome equivalents/ml

  • Specificity of the analysis — not less than 100%

  • The presence of at least two targets for detection: a segment of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus genome, an internal control.

  • Number of tests, including controls — 400

  • Possibility to add no more than 1 µl of the RNA preparation to the reaction tube

  • Possession of a registration certificate RZN
  • Fluorescent mix (2 types) - 2 x 1.1 ml tubes
