A reagent kit for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA, which causes a severe respiratory infection, in biological material by the method of loop isothermal amplification "SBT-DX-SARS-CoV-2 RNA REAL" according to TU 21.20.23-004-16139243-2020 is intended for qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA during diagnostic studies as the main means of etiological laboratory diagnosis of the current infection of all population groups.

4 easy steps to get fast results 1. Mix 17 µl. of the reaction mixture, 2 µl of primers 2. Pour into test tubes of the Eppendorf type (0.5 ml) and add 1 μl of the saline solution in which the smear was located 3. Place in a thermostat - 25 minutes at a temperature of +60C 4. Evaluate the result - lay out the tubes after incubation and allow the contents to cool. Compare the samples visually
