A reagent kit for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA, which causes a severe respiratory infection, in biological material by the method of loop isothermal amplification "SBT-DX-SARS-CoV-2 RNA REAL" according to TU 21.20.23-004-16139243-2020 is intended for qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA during diagnostic studies as the main means of etiological laboratory diagnosis of the current infection of all population groups.
The kit consists of:
- Positive control 1 tube
- Negative control 1 tube
- Reaction mixture 1 tube
- Enzyme 1 tube
Advantages:
- Extreme ease of sample preparation.
- The reaction mixture is mixed with enzyme (supplied) and
- isolated RNA 1.
- 20-25 minutes-time to detect the presence of viral RNA 2
- An effective alternative to the PCR-RT test.
- Eliminates the need for periodic increases of the reaction temperature for separating nucleic acid chains, in contrast to the PCR method 3.

4 easy steps to get fast results
1. Mix 17 µl. of the reaction mixture, 2 µl of primers
2. Pour into test tubes of the Eppendorf type (0.5 ml) and add 1 μl of the saline solution in which the smear was located
3. Place in a thermostat - 25 minutes at a temperature of +60C
4. Evaluate the result - lay out the tubes after incubation and allow the contents to cool. Compare the samples visually

If for the sample the Ct value in the SYBR channel (FAM) is not determined (N/A) or is 40 or more cycles, the analyzed sample is considered negative, that is, it does not contain SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA.
If the Ct value in the SYBR (FAM) channel for the sample is less than 40 cycles, the analyzed sample is considered positive, that is, it contains SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA.
If the Ct value in the SYBR (FAM) channel for the sample is less than 40 cycles, the analyzed sample is considered positive, that is, it contains SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA.
