Reagent Kit SBT-DX-SARS-CoV-2 FAST COLOR
A reagent kit for the extraction/isolation and detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA, which causes a severe respiratory infection, in biological material using the SBT-DX-SARS-CoV-2 FAST COLOR loop isothermal amplification method is intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus RNA directly in swabs from oropharyngeal and/or nasopharyngeal swabs (oropharyngeal swabs should be considered preferable) by loop isothermal amplification method in diagnostic studies as an aid in diagnosing current infection in all population groups.

4 easy steps to get fast results
1. Mix 17 µl. of the reaction mixture, 2 µl of primers
2. Pour into test tubes of the Eppendorf type (0.5 ml) and add 1 μl of the saline solution in which the smear was located
3. Place in a thermostat - 25 minutes at a temperature of +60C
4. Evaluate the result - lay out the tubes after incubation and allow the contents to cool. Compare the samples visually
